Black Cumin Seed Oil

Nigella sativa is the seeds of the plant Nigella sativa. It is a plant native to Southwest Asia, the Mediterranean and Africa. The main active ingredient of black seed oil is thymoquinone. Thymoquinone is a component with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anticarcinogenic effects. Black seed oil contains unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic acid and some saturated fatty acids. Linoleic acid is one of the essential fatty acids that is not produced in the body.
